HP Elitebook 850 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Elitebook 850 G3. OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise. Monitors: HP 23f. USB: j5create USB C to HDMI. When I first connected my laptop and usb I was getting a "usb device not recognized" error on my laptop. After removing and plugging the usb a few times the error no longer pops up. Instead the option to eject the device "USB 2.0 Bill Board" appears. The monitors display the "input signal not found" error message. Is the laptop just not compatible with the monitor type? Is the USB cord wrong? Everything worked perfectly with my last HP laptop. All I had to do was plug in the USB and everything displayed on the monitors properly.

Thanks!
