My AMD Radeon R5 M330 not working

HP Recommended
hp15qby002ax
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My graphics card is being used at 0%. I tried everything installing drivers from hp even AMD and driver pack but nothings work.

Please help me as soon as possible.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the graphics card is not being utilized on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
