Envy
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have always looked after the my HP Envy touch screen laptop really well, it has its own case and allocated space on the desk. The other day, when opening the laptop lid, I heard a click sound and I noticed the screen had come away from the backing on the left hand bottom side and I was absolutely gutted. I enjoyed using the laptop and I didn't have anything bad to say about it until this happened. I work in the NHS part time and study a healthcare course at university so I am very busy and have  assignments as well as teams and zoom meetings; which I have to virtually attend and complete. After long days of hard work with very little time to relax with the current pandemic, this was the last thing I needed. I am absolutely gutted and after reading that many other people have also had this problem I feel upset and I am questioning if I can continue to be a loyal customer to HP. I hope HP can rectify this problem quickly, I have warranty on my HP Envy.

Please help me, I am at a wits end.
