I have a HP 15 Ryzen 3 Dual core laptop. When I press the Power button nothing appears on the screen and its blank. Only the Caps lock key is blinking blue and not other prompt is coming on the screen. The fan seems to be working as well.

 

Can you help me in starting the laptop.
