My HP Spectre Mouse /touch pad issue keeping going to the right corner or top centre with a circle.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Spectre Mouse /touch pad issue keeping going to the right corner or top centre with a circle and a dot inside it.

It is very annoying to use my laptop this issue is been occurring from 2 months now.

I have followed all the trouble shooting steps on forums, ran BIOS hardware check steps, uninstalled the touchpad & mouse & touchscreen drivers and re-installed them, updated my BIOS, Updated my System and also finally fresh started my system by re-installing windows. 

BUT THIS ISSUE IS NOT GETTING FIXED.

Please help me. I spent 1500 dollars buying this laptop and dint expect such issues, I haven't even used 500 working hours on my laptop till date.
