HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ap0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is suddenly:

1) thinking that it's charging whether or not it is plugged in,

2) discharging battery more quickly whether or not it is plugged in and

3) leaving the charging light on when I shut it down unplugged.

HP Support Assistant is saying the battery is fine. What can I do?

Edit: This doesn't happen anymore. I'm not sure whether that's because I followed a suggestion to uninstall and reinstall the

UCM-UCSI ACPI Device (which had a code 43 error) or because I shut it down a different way than I usually do (pressing the power button and nothing else until the laptop turned off, and the charging light, too).
