I recently bought a new laptop.  The touchscreen works well with my finger, but the stylus pen I bought is not working.  The pen is fully charged, turned on, but does not work.  Please help, as the reason I bought the laptop was to be able to write on the touchscreen with my stylus.  Would be happy to provide more details, and am open to any suggestions you may have.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Best,

Mike

Not all touchscreen computers work with a stylus.

Those that support a touchscreen AND a stylus may do so for specific stylus types.

The first thing is to know the exact model name / product number.

Provide that information and we can check whether the system supports a stylus.
