Product: HP Chromebook 11-v0000
Operating System: Chrome OS

It started 2 days ago when I was watching youtube. I thought it was just the video but then it started doing this on more videos. Along with that my chromebook keeps getting really hot which I think has something to do with this but I'm not quite sure. I turned of my chromebook for a while and turned it back on but i still had the flick problem. I don't know what to do anymore.
