Hello, My spen-hp-01 was working properly without any issues, then it was glitching, I changed the battery with a new one, now it is writing in dash-line, and the computer hardly response to the pen. Please, see the video.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Pen working with your HP ENVY X360 - 15-Bp100na. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product(PEN)? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
  • Did the issue begin after upgrading to Windows 11?

While you respond to that, let's remove the device from your PC and then to re-connect and re-configure and check.

Make sure the BIOS & Graphic drivers are up to date on your PC: Software and drivers for HP ENVY x360 - 15-bp100na
