so i cant use my stylus cuz the old os broke and i installed a new one (not recovery)

So how i can use my stylus back?

Open the Device Manager and click on the Human Interface Device to expand the section.

You should see an HD-compliant pen device there in the list that appears. Is it there?

 

Have you

a) charged the pen if it is the usb chargeable type

or 

b) replaced the AAAA battery in the pen if you have the non-rechargeable type of pen.
