Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello guys. Please do help me because I'm having trouble on my laptop for almost 2 months. My camera is not working. I'm using HP NOTEBOOK 15 r232ne (Energy Star). The second image is my device manager wherein my HP TrueVision is not showing up under Cameras. The error code is: 0xA00F4244.

 

I already scan hardware changes but still nothing shows. Can you help me go through this, please?
