@Gopounan, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding camera issue!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Check Camera Privacy Settings:
- Go to the "Settings" menu on your computer.
- Navigate to "Privacy" and then to "Camera."
- Ensure that camera access is enabled for this device.
- Make sure that the apps you want to use have permission to access your camera.
Update Camera Drivers:
- Open "Device Manager."
- Locate "Imaging devices" or "Cameras."
- Right-click your camera and select "Update driver."
- Follow the prompts to search and install any available driver updates.
Use HP Support Assistant:
- If you have HP Support Assistant installed, use it to check for any outstanding updates or issues with your camera.
Check Your Antivirus Software:
- Some antivirus or privacy software can block access to the camera.
- Review your antivirus software settings to ensure it is not blocking the camera.
Restart Your Computer:
- Sometimes a simple restart can resolve hardware recognition issues.
Test Your Camera with Another App:
- Try using a different application to see if the issue persists. This will help determine if the problem is application-specific.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
