Hp stream laptop model 14-cb011wm

I am watching Netflix and my computer needs to be charged so  I plug it in and then the sound beings to become disrupted like it cuts in in out and screeches  then the video becomes pause and when I try to exit out it takes a long time for it to register I am exiting and I usually have to restart the computer but I cannot use it while it’s charging because it will keep glitching. It has been doing this ever since I got it and if it doesn’t i will just have to get a new one .. it is ridiculous

Welcome to HP support community.

 

Run Extensive system test to check for hardware failures.

1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.

2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.

4. Click Extensive Test.

5. Click Run once, or Loop until error. While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component are shown on the screen.
