There is something in Normal Windows mode which prevents your PC from showing up correctly.

 

Try using SYSTEM RESTORE to try to "turn back time" and restore to previous condition where everything was fine. Check these instructions here on how to do it and for further details >> https://support.hp.com/si-en/document/c01835735
