My half screen turns pink.

Dear Customer<

Please try the below shown troubleshooting steps once:

Step 01. Remove the battery and unplug the AC/Power Adapter

Step 02. Press and hold the Power button for more than 30 Seconds

Step 03. Plug in the AC/Power Adapter (leave the Battery out for now)

Step 04. Press the Power button and check if the Unit works normal

Check if that fixes, If no then we have to identify whether its a Hardware Issue(screen/Graphics card) or the Software(Drivers)

TEST 1

1) Go the BIOS screen and check whether you see the same pink screen

( If YES, then its a hardware issue)

(If No, Reinstall graphic drivers)

TEST 2

2) Try connecting to External Monitor and check if you see the pink screen.

( If YES, Then its a Graphics card issue and not the screen )

(If NO, and works fine , Then its either your laptop screen or the drivers issue.

To access BIOS

1. Please "Turn OFF" the Notebook

2. "Power ON" the Notebook and keep tapping the Escape Key during the start up to enter the Start-up Menu

3. Now here, Please select the BIOS option [F10]

My half screen turns pink.

"You are Welcome"

Most likely its seems like the Screen itself might have been pixelated.

However please try this to determine if its the  Laptop Screen or the Graphics Card.

TEST 2

( If YES, Then its a Graphics card issue and not the screen )
