Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
- Close all open windows.
- Right-click the desktop and select Properties.
- Click the Settings tab on the Display Properties window.
- Under Screen Resolution, move the slider to adjust the display resolution slider, Screen Resolution slider.
- Click OK to change the settings.
