My laptop Screen is showing a pink horizontal line. It has appeared suddenly. Please help me........

Hi Black_pie
Did you update the display driver (latest driver)
Check the device manager any drivers are need to install/update.
Better update the BIOS (choose correct BIOS for your windows version).
Last option is better to run the HP pc diagnostic (press the power on button and press the F2 button and run the diagnostic).

Apart from BIOS check, I have done all those checks you have mentioned and in the diagnostics check it has passed all the runs... But the pink line is still on my screen.......
I have updated my display driver does i have to update all of my drivers???
please reply to my query............
