My laptop screen shakes sometimes and have to restart to work again. Can you help me anyone of you please?

I doubt that you have a "BIOS problem".

Instead, I think that the video-card in your computer is having a problem.

If you slightly move the laptop's screen, to either slightly open or close it at the hinges, does the image "shake"?  If so, it could be the ribbon-cable between the motherboard and the interior of the screen that is flexing.

If your computer is less than 12 months old, contact HP Support, and open a "case" to exercise the HP Warranty, to get HP to repair/replace your computer, at HP's expense.  Otherwise, unless you have good technical skills, to open-up and disassemble a laptop, it's time to seek held from a qualified computer technician, to try to trouble-shoot. Set an upper-limit on the technician's time, so that you do not get an "inflated" invoice.
