It is to inform  you that on 11/02/21 I purchas this hp laptop model no 15s-DU3053TU and serial number is [Personal Information Removed] and my laptop touchpad has stopped working in 1 month of purchase so I call the service center of hp at first I get the service and got an onsite visit from the hp  technicians but the issue could not be resolved then I visit okhla service center and there they tell me tht I have to pay 25000 for the repairing but MY LAPTOP IS IN UNDER WARRANTY THEN SHOULD I PAY ? I trust this brand hp that's why I buy this product but this hp laptop is sucks and also hp broke my faith my trust too so therefore I request you to kindly replace this product because this literally a defective piece and now I just want replacement and resolve my problem that's it thank you

@Rubana1 -- I have to pay 25000.

 

Rupees, I presume, because Okhla is a suburban village located near Okhla barrage in the South East Delhi district of Delhi near the border between Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.

 

Unfortunately, you have received incorrect information from HP. During the first 12 months of ownership, the HP Warranty should repair/replace your computer, at NO COST to you. Try again to contact HP Support.
