hp Flagship laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought  this 15.6 hp Flagship laptop, paid $430 for it in Oct 2018... by August 2019 there were cracks on the outside of the screen at the hinges on both sides. I was able to send it in in August 2019 and they quickly repaired it.

Now, 4 months later, the very same problem is happening AGAIN. They have told me it will cost $300  to $400 to "fix" it again.

I certainly feel that this is a design flaw, and I should not be charged for something I did not do to make this happen.

I am certain there are many other unhappy customers out here with this very same issue going on. I have had to duct tape my laptop trying to keep the problem from getting worse. This is ridiculous!

Is there anyone who has been having this same issue? I certainly will never buy another hp product again. I am so disgruntled by the way I was treated when I called tech support, as well.

Thank you for hearing me out_ if someone can advise me what to do, I would appreciate this very much!__Nan_
