HP Recommended

My laptop was always flickering and i would fix it by restarting it and it would stop. So I was busy on my laptop when suddenly my computer crashed and the Blue Screen popped up. The computer then started making noise and the screen began to glitch minutes later. I shut down the laptop and opened it again and this popped up. I dont know what to do, I need help.
