My screen is partially black and doesn't conenon

I need to know what I need to get fixed my screen is partially black and doesn't come on

This most likely means the screen is failing -- and a way to rule out other sources is to connect an external monitor and see if it shows the same thing.  Don't know if you can do that with chromebooks.

Also, HP does no do repairs like this, so you would have to hunt down a local laptop repair shop -- and good luck finding one that works on c
