Product: Pavillion x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I have a Pavillion x360 Convertible +15-cr0037wm, 1TB hard drive +16GB Intel, octane memory (3) (54), Windows 10 (8) (54)

 

My screen went totally black. I turned it off and back on and it’s still black. I can hear it running but I can’t the wallpaper back up.?.? What can I do? 

I’ve had it for 3ish years and this is only the 5th time I’m using it. HELP PLEASE!!!! 😢
