Hi everyone! I bought my first HP product 6 month ago, actually i like it so much. But there is a big problem, and that is a everyone has the same problem with me. The touchpad on this HP victus 16 laptop. The touchpad after 6-7 month is getting broken. I mean you can't press on it. It's giving you a cheap product vibes with that. And ı dont even know am ı have to give some money for fixing that. Laptop have a guarentee right now, but how can ı say them it getting broken while ı normally using it???

Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on and press F2 to run diagnostics.

If diagnostics fail then return it for repair

Or contact the closest authorized service center

Download the Synaptics Mouse Driver compadable to your system. Worked for me.
