I paid for offers which includes- BANG OFLUSEN H4 headset,additional 2 years onesite warranty,1 year of Accdiental damage protection..... I have not recieved any of them.. I have mailed them Twice, I have been told earlier that i will recieve it with in 3-4 weeks, itS almost been 6 weeks, HOW LONG THIS GONNA TAKE ??, This is not the Service we (customers) are looking for! Pathetic, I Have have 5097. I hope that i dont have to text you again for this.

@Dhananjay9999 I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
