I have this windows blue screen. I installed Ubantu and looks like the touch is not working.

How do I contact HP to get the screen replaced ?

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you with the available service options for your computer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

I am trying find the HP image to install on my laptop. Product ID : 2LU96UA#ABA.

I downloaded hp recovery manager . 

 

When II try to install I get the error:

You will not be able to continue to recover this system with these Media

Error: 0100-8389-83BA,83BB.

 

Any idea how do i get the HP image installed on the new sdd
