Need to install HP Truevision Drivers

HP Recommended
HP Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

Recently I am having issues with camera drivers. In the device manager when I used to click on HP Truevision, it was showing code045 error. I tried the methods posted online, but it didn't work for me so with no other option I uninstalled the drivers from the device manager. After several restarts, I am still not able to see the camera icon in Device Manager. Now For it, I need to add drivers manually.

So, can anyone please tell me from where and how to install drivers for the HP Truevision?

It will be a huge help.

@Yuichiro, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

What model HP Computer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

For now, install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
  2. Check for updates.
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

Also, check for any pending windows update. Reboot the computer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
