Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have recently run into problems running the Netflix app, and watching YouTube (in Chrome).

This perhaps coincides with installing a licensed copy of Adobe Creative Cloud and its apps.

1. The Netflix app will launch, but does not move beyond the black screen with the red netflix logo. I have read that you need to remove all the mspr.hds files - I have actually been unable to locate any of these files.

2. After installing Adobe CC, both Netflix and Youtube froze when loading videos in Chrome. I installed an update for Silverlight, which fixed them both, but youtube has since stopped working again (freezes chrome), but Netflis is still working in Chrome.

Thanks for the help.
