HP ENVY x360 - 15m-ds0011dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I toggle on "NIght Light" and have it scheduled to come on at night, but there is no change in my display. I also tried increasing/decreasing the intensity slider, but the display remains unchanged.  So, I installed "f.lux". It behaves the same way. It shows it is active, but my display isn't changing. This is a brand new laptop. Thank you for your assistance!

Ok. I updated the BIOS. There was no change.  I updated the Graphics. Your linked file was an older driver (see screen capture), but I did it anyway. No change. Then, I updated to the latest AMD recommended (19.5.2). Still no change. Please advise... hp laptop install print screen 2019-07-27.jpg

I'm not ready to try resetting.  So, I did more research on my own and found this is a known problem with the AMD Radeon Vega 8 graphics and latest Windows 10 updates. Here is an article if you are interested. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/flux-and-night-do-not-work-any-longer/a68c50ce...

Thank you for posting back.

By performing system factory recovery will reinstall all the original software and drivers on this computer.

If this is a software-related issue by performing system factory default will fix the issue.

Update:  I decided to wait on resetting my machine in hopes a future update would fix it.  2 days ago, after updating the AMD graphics to version 19.8.1, the Night Light feature now works! I do appreciate everyone's responses and suggestions. 😊
