No Display via screen or external monitor

Product Name: Pavilion 11-n011na
I seem to of lost the display.
I power the unit up and the power light is on and the caps lock key flashes. But I have no display, I have tried the hard bios reset instructions and to start with once releasing the battery the unit beeped as per the instructions but then nothing else, so I retried but now I get no beeps but the power and caps light still on. I also tried connecting to a TV via hdmi and still nothing?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to windows and the caps lock light is blinking.

I would like to inform you that, if the caps lock light is blinking it is a hardware issue and I recommend you contact HP phone support to check the available service options for your computer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with the phone support.

 

Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Enter Product number or select to auto detects

Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.
