No Full HD resulotion

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My old screen in laptop had been broken (just the screen not the internal chips) but the resolution downgraded from full HD to only HD ( before changing the screen I had FHD resolution)

Please share the information notebook model number. Alternatively, you can download the maintenance Guide from the hp support website.
