Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My laptop power button is blinking with light and i am unable to start it.I inserted the battary again but still not working and no dispay coming

Have you tried connecting an alternate monitor and check if the issue persists?

Let us perform the steps mentioned in this document - Computer Starts but Screen Remains Blank
