Product: HP Notebook - 15-ra011ni
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi i have a hp notebook 15-ra011ni and it all of a sudden when dead but when a press the power button only the power led light goes on but no hardrive  led light that blinks and there is no hardrive sound i have checked the hard drive if it works and it does work please help

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
