Hello there, before I am using a type c hub "ugreen" to extend my display to secondary monitor and it works fine without problem, suddenly the video output of hdmi & vga stop working, I tried the type c hub to my other laptop and it works fine.

I tried to reset by shutting down my laptop and pressing the power button for 30seconds but same result. Please need your advise if someone encounter this similar problem.

Thank you very much for your response.

Hello @Sandytechy20,

Thank you for giving me this information, but my problem is the type-c port of my laptop it do not show video output using type-c hub with hdmi/vga port or using type-c cable direct to portable monitor and by the way type-c hub & portable monitor works fine in my other laptop.

According to the specs of this laptop it support display port, 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate (DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge). Please advise why it did not work in this laptop?
