About 1 month ago, almost half of my keys stopped responding when I tried using them. I thought it was water or dust, so I cleaned underneath them. Still no response. Just today, my touchpad stopped working all together and didn't respond when I tried using it. What do I do?
(Update: I tried to update my laptop, and now all my keys are unresponsive. I'm typing with my touchscreen option .)
