Spectre 360
Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Hi,

So far only I and 1 other person on Reddit have had this problem crop up in the past week and we both happen to have HP Spectre 360s, so I don't think it's a coincidence.  If I open multiple windows, the other windows all get darkened / dimmed except for the active window in focus.  There are 3rd party programs that people buy for this behavior, but I didn't, and don't like it because it negatives side by side windows with the dark/light switching back and forth. It's irritating and I think it's some secret HP accessibility help-type feature added on top of Windows 10.  It just recently started for me after a system update.  Any help? I hate it and don't want to have to wipe the system after having to do that recently when I sent it to HP for a fix. I've only owned it since January and it hasn't been going all that well with this beautiful laptop. Thanks.
