WHEN TRYING TO INSTALL DRIVER DOWNLOADED FORM SUPPORT SITE ITS SHOWING THE FOLLOWING ERROR "the driver is not supported on this version (10.0.14393)"

What driver are you trying to install?

 

According to the product specs for your notebook it has a Nvidia graphics adapter, so you would install this driver.
