HP Recommended
Product: Notebook 250 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Some keys did not work on the keyboard at some point and
when the windows were upgraded the keys started typing other characters.
I made several changes after searching the network but did not find a solution.
I replaced the keyboard but I still have the same problem. If I use external keyboard, every key works great.

Any help?

 

12/8/2020 : Update bios via HP assistand : Some keys type wrong characters, some keys type nothing!

12/9/2020 : Run keyboard troubleshooter : No uptade were necessary. Same results.
