Hello Community!
I have a Laptop Model OMEN 16z-xf000 with an HP E23 G4 monitor. When I boot up, only the external monitor displays an image, while the laptop screen remains black. I've noticed that the laptop's built-in display is recognized by the OS, as I can move the mouse to that screen and open applications, even though I can't see anything. I can temporarily fix this by changing the display settings to show only on the external monitor and extend to the 2nd monitor afterwards, but the issue returns after a reboot. The external monitor is connected via HDMI directly to the laptop, and I've also tried using an HP Dock G5 with DisplayPort, experiencing the same problem. Sometimes the laptop gets stuck during boot, with the power LED on but no response from the mouse or keyboard (RPG Light etc.). Not sure whther those problems are connected. I've reinstalled Windows and all drivers, but the problem persists. Any ideas or solutions to resolve this issue?
