My notebook freezes suddenly during work or after a break. Sometime the cursor blink one time and then everything is frozen. The only way is then to press the on/off button on the notebook keyboard. This is happen 1 to 4 times in a week! Sometimes twice per day. I bought the computer in December 2024! Absolutely incredible.
I sent my PC to the distributor. They chaged the motherboard, but id did not solve the problem. How can I fix this problem?
Last system update is 2025-05 24H2 (KB5058499)
I have installed all possible driver updates and the notebook should be completely up to date.
by the way: I find the cooling system of my notebook completely nonsense. How could the developer the output of the fans in the thiny slit between the casing and the owns screen (hinge area). I think the notebook is overheating while I am working with two external monitors and close internal screen. There is not enough space to get rid of the hot air from the fans.
