I am having issues with few of my numeric keyboards not working. I tried doing basic software trouble shooting without any result. I tried BIOS test for keyboard. The keyboard failure ID: PQCE20-7PJ8A0-XD7WMG-G0R03.
Please help here.

As you have mentioned that you are getting a failure ID after running the hardware diagnostics then it is a hardware issue and you need to replace the keyboard.
