Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 (343L1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Just got this Brand New HP OMEN ($2k). Set it up properly and restarted multiple times. The touch pad started glitching where it will mover intermittently and click sometimes. Pushing harder seems to help (sometimes). I adjusted the sensitivity settings, updated all the drivers and event the BIOS. still glitches intermittently. I want to set up my whole organization on HP devices because they are supposedly American made, but thus far completely unusable. HP Support has been unresponsive, completely MIA. I'm getting ready to just send it back to amazon and find a new company to supply my organization.

 

Second problem (probably unrelated) function key to turn backlighting on and off stops working intermittently. Restarting or sometimes even just logging out will fix the issues temporarily, but both issues always return. Maybe I got a lemon...?
