Omen X 15-dg0008na Dual Screen

Hello

 

First time post.. 

 

Bought laptop 3 days ago and the 2nd screen is not working. In total darkness. Doesn't switch on when pressing the screen power button, doesn't switch a screen there if press that button and the virtual key pad doesn't appear either. 

 

Have tried the following

 

1. Restart, F10, F9, F10.

2. Updated all systems and reset omen command centre to default

3. Hardware Diagnostics Test which show no failures (Selected every component to test)

4. Uninstalled and Reinstalled Keyboard drivers

 and finally the usually reliable - switching off then on again

 

Anyone experienced same thing and know solution? Hoping for an easy fix and for it not to be a Hardware issue 

 

Any help is appreciated!
