Omen W233NG screen bleed

Hello,

 

Today i just have recieved my Omen W223NG that I have ordered through official seller in Germany. I paid 1499€ and as soon as I have turned it on I have noticed massive Screen bleed in lower corners. I mean something that expensive and it has such a big flaw I cannot understand. Could you (HP) please help me because I rellay started to like that Laptop, but with that issue is a No-Go.

I understand that you facing an issue with the display of your computer. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 

Have you checked the display in BIOS?

Was there any induced damage on the computer?

 

Please shut down the computer. 

Wait for a Minute. 

Power the computer On and keep tapping F10 repeatedly on startup to enter BIOS. 

Please check the display in BIOS, the issue persists in BIOS as well. 

Then the issue is a hardware issue, please contact our phone support for the service options available for your computer. 

 

Please follow the procedure mentioned below to contact our phone support. 

  • Open link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • Enter Product number or select to auto detects
  • Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
  • Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.

Let me know how it goes.
