I have owned 3 of these computers. All purchased from best buy. Every single one has had this problem and i returned the last 2. This isn't a small problem either, I've found multiple cases of this online. It seems to happen to the bestbuy laptops the most. I tried contacting hp support on the computer but they were no help and when they called me I couldn't understand a word of what he was saying.
Great laptop, horrible screen.
Has anyone found a fix for this or has hp recalled these laptops? I have all of my school work on my laptop so I cant really just let it go.

I have the same problem with mine purchased directly from HP; have had it for ten days. I just got done with a tech support chat and they are having me send it in for service. I'm not confident that that will solve the problem, though. I think the display is simply a weak spot in an otherwise nice 2-in-1.
