Notebook HP Pavilion 11-N010eb X360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

... I did it all over again. The 1001 tip that can be found on the web. I can list it all again, but you will find that in my previous posts (al under tehe same subject: Pavilion 11 HID compliant touchscreen driver missing). Once more it kept me busy for a few more days. I ordered a repair kit from Best2Serve but it is no longer available. Driver Easy lists what can be updated but not what is missing. Also Microsoft Update Catalog (Next Window Voltran TouchScreen Drivers) did not offer me a solution. In the meantime, the driver is still not available in the device manager and I still cannot use the touchscreen of my Pavilion 11. So, at the end, who can provide me with the correct procedure and files to put an end to this problem? Can I assume that HP "should" help me with that?
