Product: Example: Pavilion laptop

HI

I got a new laptop for christmas and have set it up. The touchscreen worked at first but now doesn't. Ive searched the internet but still no idea what the problem is. I cant even find the HID compatible touch screen driver. Its not under the device manager. Tried 'show hidden devices' and its not there either. Ive dont an update and troubleshooting of hardware devices

Please help, im going mad!!!!!!!
