I've had a Pavilion x360 laptop for 8-9 months and it is still under warranty. I was working as usual and tried to adjust my screen back a little to see the screen better when the hinge broke and forced the screen out, breaking it. When I took it to back to Best Buy, the Geek Squad advised me that there was no use sending it out to HP for repair under warranty, as they would deny the claim under the warranty due to the broken screen (even though there was no damage/user error). Anyone have a similar experience?
