Hey so I have an HP Pavilion x360 13-a010dx - 13.3 and I have the regular hp pen that has the product number 1MR94AA#UUf. I tried to use it to move things(and possibly draw with it ) but it doesn't do anything so I'm wondering if the hp pen isn't compatible with this model laptop or the battery that came with it was bad. Please help, I don't know what is wrong.

I was double checking - these old notebooks sometimes did add this information in the Service Guide.
HP Pavilion x360 Convertible PC Maintenance and Service Guide
HP Synaptics active pen Part Number: 773175-001
Now, whether you can find one of these is not something I can answer.
Use the part number to search for the pen...
Good Luck.
