Pen won't charge properly
04-01-2021 09:48 AM

My pen has not been working very well recently. When I first got it, it worked for maybe a month and then died. So I charged it and when it becomes fully charged the light turns from orange to white. So when I unplugged it and starting using it again it lasted two days. It didn't really surprise me that it died again so when I plugged it back in the light immediately turned white. When I used it on my computer it died within minutes. It still turns white immediately when I try and charge it. I even tried charging it overnight and it flashed orange at me that it was going to die soon the following morning. I'm still within the warranty of this product, I don't know if I should try and bring it in to get a new pen or if I should just charge it for longer.
Anything would help. Thank you.
